Coal India MT Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a B.Tech or relevant degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized university.

Coal India MT Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be appointed in E-1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month. The initial basic pay during the training period will be ₹60,000.
In addition to the basic salary, candidates will receive allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, medical benefits, gratuity, and pension benefits as per company rules.
Coal India MT Service Bond
Selected candidates will be required to serve the organization for a minimum of 60 months. A service bond of ₹3,00,000 must be executed at the time of joining. A monthly deduction of ₹5000 will be made and refunded after completion of the bond period.
